As they say in Jackson, it’s easy to trade up on properties, but more difficult to downsize. On our last transaction, done during the Pandemic, we received an unsolicited bid on our property. We had been thinking of another property to better meet our needs, however, in our mind this was still a few years away.

The offer was so good, we had to consider accelerating our plans. With the help of Christy and Garth we successfully negotiated the sale of our property, on our terms and more importantly finalized the purchase of our new home.
