Both Garth and Christy went above and beyond in helping me choose a home, informing me of all of the factors involved in choosing the particular property. Through transparency Garth guided me to an excellent decision, once again helping me pick a home that I would not have chosen for myself, but knowing the market and lifestyle of this community so well, that I ended up with a place I could not be happier with in my situation. Christy secured a renter and made up the lease without being asked and without asking for a commission that will greatly help me until I am able to occupy the home.
